Umberto and his three children Katia, Ciro and Antonio.

There are four members of staff at the first Napule è in Como which has been open for more than ten years.

Chef Umberto has twenty years of experience in the field and wins over every palate with his typical Neapolitan cuisine and seafood specialities.

Initially, the wood-oven pizzeria saw only Ciro, passionate about his work, in the role of authentic Neapolitan pizza maker. Early every morning he waits for the products to be delivered directly from down south, then dedicates himself to his favourite art: making the dough.

He passed on this passion to his brother Antonio, who first ventured into the world of flour at the age of nine.

Last but not least, is Katia: a life-long lover of catering and with catering qualifications, has always handled the professional aspects and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

 

We place the same focus today on each restaurant as we did in the past, in an attempt to constantly improve and guarantee customer satisfaction.
